My journey at RX Medical as a Sales Representative has been nothing short of fascinating and rewarding. It all began after my graduation from OU when I joined their Sales Academy. There, I underwent an intensive six-month training program that honed my sales skills and deepened my understanding of anatomy.
From the very start, my passion for connecting with people and solving their problems made sales feel like a natural fit for me. Although it had been quite some time since I last studied anatomy in high school, I swiftly picked it up, with a particular fascination for spine anatomy.
After extensive exploration and numerous interviews, I was thrilled to join the esteemed OKC Spine Team. My journey began as a Sales Support Representative, but I quickly ascended to the role of Sales Representative. In this capacity, I have been entrusted with the crucial responsibility of identifying new leads and introducing innovative technologies to surgeons.
My approach revolves around executing a dynamic sales strategy to drive demand and foster meaningful partnerships. Through my efforts, I have successfully collaborated with more than 10 surgeons and their teams, resulting in the preservation and growth $5 million in annual revenue.
Navigating the fast-paced and competitive nature of the medical industry has been a thrilling challenge, one that has consistently fueled my personal growth. I've had the privilege of regularly assisting surgeons during various spine surgeries, earning my place as an invaluable asset to the surgical team.
Being present in the operating room has not only allowed me to build strong relationships with the surgeons but also provided a platform to introduce them to cutting-edge technologies that can revolutionize their practice.
